The culinary stars were out to shine at the World Master Chefs Dinner, on Sept. 29, when Bocuse d’Or Foundation board members Thomas Keller, Daniel Boulud and Jérôme Bocuse, joined by the USA representative for the Foundation’s annual World Cuisine Competition Richard Rosendale, prepared an exclusive four-course dinner for 150.
The sold-out event was a rousing success, raising a total of $400,000 for the Foundation and bringing to-date contributions to $1 million. Funding will be used to provide protective equipment, continued officer training and financial support for the families of wounded and fallen deputies.
